Week-end autobiography workshop This workshop is conducted on the Podere Calledro for groups of a minimum of 10 persons and is arranged by booking.  The workshop starts Friday evening and ends Sunday. It will bring you to discover the potential that writing gives to come to know and take care of yourself.

COOKING COURSES Personalized cooking class, participants can choose from among the dishes proposed by the chef. All ingredients are of high quality.   Passion and ability are the right ingredients for a fun and interesting learning experience.

FISHING TRIPS Fishing trips for beginners as well as skilled anglers guided by long lasting experienced flyangler . Fly casting and tying sessions for trout, cyprinid and predators in our waters (from small streams to lakes).  Dry fly, wet, nymph and streamer fishing. Tackle available on site.

TREKKING Daily trekking excursions with a guide from the San Liberato di Narni Oasis in the territory of Narni and surroundings, various choice of trails marked with environmental, historical and cultural characteristics.

NORDIC WALKING Nordic Walking held by Riccardo Couch, International NW Coach, Master Instructor AICS, UISP and FIDAL. Nordic Walking is a full body, light impact workout. It allows you to practice while enjoying nature, with the use of two poles.

MOSAIC WORKSHOP The Laboratory is attended by people would like to learn and do mosaic art. The courses can be attended by beginners and experts. The lessons of  each course have a theory section and a practice session
